Community Guidelines

  1. Be respectful. Remember the human! No insulting, no bullying, no dogpiling, no name-calling. Do speak in a way that builds up and encourages both the people you are speaking with and the server as a whole.
  2. Follow the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. This includes but is not limited to asking about hacking, cheating, modifications to the CoachWith client, and any inappropriate discussions.
  3. Keep discussions limited to the most appropriate channel. If multiple channels fit the criteria, pick one; if unsure, feel free to ask. Job postings must be posted in job-postings platform.
  4. Do not share NSFW content.
  5. Do not spam. This includes but is not limited to: within the same discussion, across multiple discussions, or using large images.
  6. Do not self-promote without contributing to the community. Joining the community with the purpose to promote your own projects or business is disrespectful.
  7. Do not reveal any personal information about another user. Additionally, we encourage you to consider what you share about yourself and what consequences sharing personal information may have.
  8. Do not DM users without prior permission. Ensure that you have explicit permission to DM a user before DMing them.
  9. Do not use inappropriate usernames. This includes, but is not limited to: hard-to-tag, impersonations, advertisements, offensive, hoisting, or excessively changed names.
  10. Do not attempt to mass ping.
  11. Do not participate in professional dishonesty. You can ask for help understanding concepts or systems but we will not do the work for you.
  12. Do not post shortened URLs.
  13. Do not DM users to avoid enforcement of these rules.
  14. Do not advertise your company. You may discuss your issues you are facing, but you cannot share links to or solicit work for your company.
